Our work in the residential sector
Special house 1
This traditional house is divided into 2 parts.
The manager of the company lives in the first floor and attic; this part has been designed to be as comfortable as possible; the bus manages the lighting and heating, which can be controlled via Jung and Hager switches as well as via a touch screen that uses the KNXControl software.
The ground floor is used as an office; several people have access to it for work purposes; this floor is also used as a showroom for customers who wish to visit an installation. This office has been designed to be as scalable as possible in order to satisfy potential needs for expansion.

Automation
This house has been globally designed to be scalable and controllable from several interfaces; the lighting, floor heating, cameras and other electrical elements can therefore be controlled from the inside but also from the outside via a PC or mobile phone connected to the Internet.
Special house 2
This Jura-style farm has been rearranged as a character guest house; it is designed to accommodate tourists for a few nights. Management was therefore the key concept of this study, since the 7 guest rooms and the owners’ lodging had to be managed from a central point.
